Description
The Y2VP series is a high-efficiency inverter-driven three-phase asynchronous AC induction motor, optimized for variable frequency operation. With rated voltage ≤1140V (compliant with GB/T 12350-2022), it meets GB 18613-2020 energy requirements, featuring excellent frequency conversion adaptability.
Key parameters: Frame sizes 80-355, power 0.75kW-315kW, pole numbers 2-12. Rated voltages: 380V/660V (customizable). Frequency range: 5-100Hz (constant torque 5-50Hz, constant power 50-100Hz). IP55 protection (IP65 optional), Class F insulation, S1 continuous duty, operable at -15℃ to 40℃ (altitude ≤1000m).
Structure: Totally enclosed fan-cooled (IC411) squirrel-cage rotor, cast iron frame. Optimized stator-rotor winding for low harmonic loss; reinforced insulation resists inverter surge voltage. Independent cooling fan ensures heat dissipation at low frequencies.
