Description
The YBE4 series is an ultra-high efficiency (IE4) low-voltage flameproof three-phase asynchronous AC induction motor, tailored for explosive environments. With a rated voltage ≤1140V (compliant with GB/T 12350-2022), it meets IEC 60034-30-1 (IE4) efficiency standards, GB 18613-2020 (Level 2) energy requirements, and explosion-proof standards GB 3836.1-2021/GB 3836.2-2021. As an upgraded successor to the YBX3 series, it leads the industry with full-series certifications (energy-saving, efficiency label, explosion-proof) for frame sizes H80-H355.
Key parameters: Frame sizes 80-355, power ratings 0.18kW-375kW, pole numbers 2-10. Rated voltages include 380V/660V/1140V (dual-voltage and customizable options available). Explosion-proof ratings: Ex d IIA T4 Gb/Ex d IIB T4 Gb (for factory explosive gas environments). Standard protection class IP55 (optional IP56/IP65/IP66), Class F insulation, and S1 continuous duty, ensuring stable operation at -15℃ to 40℃ and altitudes ≤1000m.
Structurally, it adopts a totally enclosed fan-cooled (IC411) squirrel-cage rotor and cast iron frame. Stator windings undergo VPI treatment for enhanced insulation. Motors ≥200 frame have non-stop oil injection/drainage systems, while 71-180 frame use sealed bearings for low maintenance. The top-mounted junction box (3/6 terminals) supports multiple wiring types, with “O”-ring seals and shaft “V”-shaped oil seals to maintain flameproof integrity.
Core advantages: 1.26% higher efficiency than IE3 motors (via low-loss steel and precision rotors), low noise (down to 58dB(A)), strong starting torque (max torque ratio 2.3), and multiple mounting types (IMB3/IMB5/IMB35).
